Florist & Store Manager

• Create fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, gift hampers, and floral displays.
• Design and execute balloon decorations for various occasions and events.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the flower shop.
• Handle customer inquiries and take orders via phone, Whats App, and in-store visits.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory, stock levels, and purchasing.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Assist in growing the business through creative ideas and sales initiatives.

• Experience as a florist is essential.
• Knowledge of balloon decoration and event setups.
• Good understanding of floral suppliers and inventory management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the store efficiently.
• Experience handling orders through calls and messaging platforms.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Creative, organized, and proactive personality.
