We are a retail company based in Ajman, seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the merchandising activities for our retail stores.

• Collaborate with buyers to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment and replenishment
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize product placement and pricing
• Create visual displays that enhance the overall shopping experience for customers
• Train and supervise merchandising staff to ensure proper execution of displays and promotions
• Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive pricing and terms

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the retail industry
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the retail sector
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis purposes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
