Merchandiser (Contract Position) - Ajman, UAE

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis in Ajman, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability by ensuring that our products are visually appealing and well-stocked in stores.

• Plan and execute product displays in coordination with the sales team to attract customers and increase sales.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Conduct store visits to ensure that our products are displayed correctly and make necessary adjustments if needed.
• Analyze sales data to identify top-selling products and recommend strategies for increasing sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new product launches or seasonal campaigns.
• Train store staff on product knowledge, display techniques, and selling skills.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor’s products, and pricing.

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles.
• Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a contract position offering a monthly salary of 1300$.
