Merchandiser - Ajman, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in retail stores.

• Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising plans for each store
• Negotiate with store managers to secure prime shelf space for products
• Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Train store staff on product features and promotions
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and address any issues

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Indian market trends and consumer preferences is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (full-time)
