Salesman job in Ajman UAE for foreigners

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in Ajman and serve as the face of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to ensure the success of our business. You will be required to build relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent service throughout the customer experience.

Additionally, you will be expected to create detailed reports on sales performance and analyze customer trends. This position requires an individual who is highly organized and driven by results.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in sales is required.

• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and meeting customer needs.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers quickly.

• Proven ability to determine customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize work effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

• We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role if they have the relevant experience and qualifications needed for the position.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, etc.

• Establish relationships with potential clients by providing information on product features, benefits, pricing plans, etc., as well as generating leads through promotional activities such as trade shows or other events.

• Negotiate contracts with clients including payment terms and delivery schedule requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process

• Develop detailed reports on sales performance that include analysis of customer trends based on data collected from internal databases or external sources such as surveys or focus groups

• Maintain accurate records of all contacts made in order to follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner
