Business Development Executive; outdoor sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales) to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new business opportunities within the accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential leads, and promoting our firm’s services to corporate and SME clients across the UAE.

Identify and approach potential clients to promote accounting, auditing, and tax services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Conduct outdoor meetings and presentations with clients to understand their business needs. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and field marketing activities. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular business insights. Report weekly progress and sales performance to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within an auditing or accounting firm. Strong understanding of UAE corporate tax, VAT, and accounting services. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have own car. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
