Job description
We are hiring a confident and results‑driven Business Setup Consultant / Sales Adviser to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic, have a strong sales background, and be capable of advising clients on UAE business setup services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Consult clients on company formation, trade licenses, visas, and related services
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
- Minimum2 years of sales experience
(business setup experience preferred) - Languages:English & Arabic (mandatory)
- Preferred:Female candidates
- Education:Bachelor’s degree completed
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Currently
residing in Ajman - Willing to
travel to Dubai for approximately 1 month
for training - Own visa is mandatory

- Fixed salary
AED 2,000 – 3,000 - Attractive commission structure

- In-depth client consultation and advisory skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Arabic
- Effective lead handling, follow‑up, and conversion skills
- Good knowledge of UAE business setup processes (company formation, trade licenses, visas, free zone & mainland basics)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- High level of confidence, professionalism, and customer service orientation
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic CRM and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, email communication)
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets
