We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Sales Master to join our growing team The ideal candidate has experience in Kandura tailoring customer measurements and retail sales with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service The Sales Master will assist customers in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products while ensuring accurate measurements order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers professionally and assist them in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products
- Accurately take customer body measurements for tailoring and alterations
- Recommend suitable fabrics styles sizes and designs based on customer requirements
- Convert customer inquiries into sales through excellent product knowledge and communication
- Conduct customer follow-ups to maximize sales conversion and repeat business
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective selling upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain knowledge of fabrics tailoring options pricing promotions and seasonal collections
- Record customer measurements and order details accurately
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order completion
- Monitor order progress and verify orders before submission to minimize errors
- Maintain showroom cleanliness product displays and fitting areas
- Follow company policies SOPs hygiene standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Kandura tailoring, retail sales, or a similar role.
- Experience taking accurate body measurements for customized garments.
- Strong knowledge of Kandura fabrics, styles, tailoring, and fitting.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
