Hotel Sales Manager - Ajman, UAE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also manage the sales team, develop relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
• Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training as needed
• Develop relationships with potential clients through networking events, trade shows, and other opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Prepare regular sales reports for management
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's products, services, and pricing structure

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or relevant role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred

1100$ per month plus commission based on performance.
