Responsible for driving sales growth in UAE construction, infrastructure and public utility projects, achieving sales targets, generating project inquiries, and securing vendor approvals for plastic pipes and fittings.
Key Responsibilities :Business Development & Project Pipeline
Execute sales strategies to capture upcoming UAE infrastructure and utility projects.
Track Major Government tenders, roadworks, and utility network Projects early.
Meet key decision-makers, Project owners, and utility officials to pitch piping solutions.
Maintain an accurate weekly Project pipeline tracker in the company system.
Secure Product listings on the Approved Vendor List (AVL) with Consultants and utility authorities.
Deliver Technical Presentations and organize Factory visits for key consultants.
Get company Pipe specifications written into early tender Project documents.
Coordinate with QC for Compliance certificates and test reports required for approvals.
Review Project inquiries, specifications, and BOQs to prepare competitive offers.
Maintain target Gross Profit (GP) margins while closing project deals.
Finalize contract terms, pricing structures, delivery schedules, and credit terms.
Perform background checks (KYC) on new clients before proposing credit limits.
Execution, Credit Control & Team Leadership
Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure site deliveries on time.
Take full ownership of client payment collections and recover overdue accounts.
Assign sales targets, review weekly team progress, and evaluate Performance Monthly.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to Managing Director.
Minimum 14+years of experience within 7-10 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the UAE Construction, MEP and Infrastructure sectors, demonstrating a track record of success.
Any Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Marketing, Administration, Commerce or any other equivalent.
Providing a strong foundation for understanding Construction/MEP/Infrastructure projects.
Extensive experience in a project-based sales environment, understanding the nuances of selling complex engineering and construction solutions.
Demonstrated technical acumen in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and general infrastructure development, enabling effective client communication.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills for effective sales management and reporting.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport and closing deals with diverse clientele.
Ability to travel frequently to client sites and project locations, requiring a valid driver's license and good physical stamina.
Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages being a significant asset for market penetration.
