Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Ajman Your main goal will be to increase occupancy and revenue through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with potential clients You will work closely with the hotels marketing revenue and operations teams to create and implement sales plans that align with the overall business objectives

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and other potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals contracts and negotiate rates to secure business deals
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Utilize online platforms and social media to promote the hotels services
• Create sales targets and analyze performance against them
• Collaborate with revenue management to set competitive pricing strategies
• Plan and attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication negotiation and networking skills
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and key players in the hospitality industry in Ajman
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with online booking systems is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance
