Project Sales Engineer​/Executive- HDPE

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented strong Project Sales Engineer HDPE strong to manage and grow our customer base across the UAE market. In this role you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive piping and fitting solutions tailored to client needs. Your primary focus will be building strong industry relationships with MEP Contractors Consultant securing product approvals and achieving defined sales gross profit GP and payment collection targets in alignment with our strategic business plan.

• Gather market intelligence on allocated projects customers and design strategic sales plans in consultation with the Sales Manager
• Build deep credibility and long-term relationships with key developers consultants and contractors to secure product approval and listing
• Ensure all customer queries are resolved within stipulated lead times Generate accurate quotations and robustly follow up to secure Local Purchase Orders LPOs
• Conduct background and Know Your Customer KYC checks on new clients Strictly adhere to company credit policies and ensure risk Mitigation
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress track product performance and coordinate seamless delivery dispatch schedules with internal teams
• Drive cash sales volume and actively manage outstanding payments to ensure timely collection as per agreed terms
• Partner internally with Quality Assurance and Logistics teams to ensure product quality and excellent customer service driving repeat business

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering , Administration, Accounts or any Business-related field preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience within the UAE construction, infrastructure, or utilities sectors.
• Industry Background:
  Candidates must have a solid background in at least one of the following domains:
  
  HDPE Pipes/Piping System Firefighting Systems Dewatering Systems Irrigation & Landscaping Systems District Cooling Networks
• Market Knowledge:
  Established network and deep understanding of the UAE construction market, contractors, and consultancy landscape.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. A strong sense of inquisitiveness regarding market trends and competitor movements.
• Integrity:
  Absolute commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding company data, sales figures, and customer insights.
