Our client, a growing interior fit-out company in Dubai, is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to support business development and project sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out / Contracting Sales
, with good knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out market and the ability to generate new business opportunities and secure projects.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying upcoming projects, developing client relationships, conducting meetings and site visits, coordinating with estimation/design teams, following up on quotations, and converting sales opportunities into confirmed projects. The role would suit a proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional looking to develop their sales career within the interior fit-out industry.

• Generate new business opportunities and identify upcoming interior fit-out projects

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate with the estimation and design teams and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate with clients and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Support business development activities and contribute to growing the company’s project pipeline.
• Build relationships with relevant industry stakeholders to identify potential project opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
• Apply knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out market to identify and pursue relevant business opportunities.

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out / Contracting Sales

• Experience in project sales and business development
  .
• Good knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out market with the ability to generate and secure new projects.
• A strong network of clients, consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and designers would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, and construction processes
  .
• A valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
  .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to develop client relationships and independently follow up on sales opportunities.
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career within interior fit-out project sales and business development
