Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for unusual activity, ensuring all areas are secure and well-lit.
- Operate surveillance equipment and maintain a detailed log of any incidents or disturbances observed during shifts.
- Assist in the enforcement of safety protocols and emergency procedures, responding promptly to alarms or emergencies.
- Interact with visitors and employees in a courteous manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or safety management are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of surveillance technology and security systems, with experience operating CCTV and alarm systems.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage for communicating with diverse groups.
