strong Develop, enhance, and maintain software systems for telecom / GSMData Clearing services using Oracle PL/SQL, Pro
* C, Java, C/C++, Oracle APEX, and Python Implement new projects/services based on International Telecommunications Specifications and EDCH business requirements

Plan and roll out periodic new releases of hardware and software

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge Conduct requirement analysis for new projects

Prepare periodic progress reports on project status

Ensure compliance with development methodology, security policies, and quality standards

Participate in software testing, approval, and deployment cycles

Prepare and monitor work schedules for (Sr.) Programmers Train and mentor new national staff (GTs)
Stay current on state-of-art IT and GSM technologies

• Telecom domain experience (BSS / OSS / GSM / Roaming / Data Clearing / TAP3 / NRTRDE)
• Experience with GCC telecom operators (Etisalat, du, STC, Mobily, Zain, Ooredoo, Batelco, Omantel)
• Experience with Oracle database administration (11g / 12c / 19c)
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL performance tuning and execution plan analysis
• Mentoring / training junior developers
• Agile / Scrum methodology
• Arabic language (preferred but not mandatory)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field

Experience:

4–10 years in IT development or analysis

Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month
