Loader Supervisor
We are a logistics company located in Ajman, seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Our ideal candidate will be Pakistani, with experience in loading and unloading goods and supervising a team of loaders. • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or containers
• Ensure that all items are properly secured and stacked for transport
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Train and supervise a team of loaders, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Maintain accurate records of loaded items and report any discrepancies
• Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth loading process
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Pakistani nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
• Previous experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a logistics or warehouse setting
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items on a regular basis
• Knowledge of safety protocols for loading and unloading goods
• Basic English language skills (spoken)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
