Truck driver job vacancy in Ajman UAE
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Truck Driver to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from one place to another in a timely and safe manner.
We are offering a salary of 1100 AED per month. Candidates with immigrant status are welcome to apply.
The Truck Driver will be responsible for:- Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance
- Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
- Reporting any incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Collecting payments when required
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with directions, product selection etc.
- Following delivery driving routes and time schedules.
- A valid UAE driver’s license with at least 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Physically fit; able to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs/23 kgs safely
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and highways
- Courteous demeanor with excellent customer service skills
