Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Akron. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the execution of key business initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop professional skills, gain valuable industry experience, and contribute to meaningful client projects within a collaborative environment.
Support senior account managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships.
Coordinate daily communications with clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation related to account management activities.
Conduct research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client service and project execution.
Track account performance metrics and assist in developing improvement strategies.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role preferred.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
