• Leverage existing networks in the US, AU, or UK markets to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

• Proven track record in business development, specifically in BPO / IT services and staffing industries.
