As an experienced Procurement & Vendor Management Analyst, your role is to execute and improve end-to-end procurement across services, software, and vendor contracts-driving cost-effective purchasing, risk management, and transparent, standards-based processes. Reporting to the Procurement & Vendor Management Lead, the role partners closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, Product, Ecosystem / Mar Comms, and HR, and engages external vendors to ensure compliance and value delivery.
Core responsibilities include maintaining the procurement pipeline, negotiating and administering contracts, overseeing procurement systems and data integrity, and embedding consistent policies and controls. The focus is on enabling efficiency, total-cost reduction, and vendor performance while ensuring audit-ready documentation and clear stakeholder communication.
- Develop inventive, cost-effective procurement strategies to support business goals.
- Source, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Review existing contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility, compliance, and value for money.
- Build and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and best practices on sourcing and procurement processes across the business.
- Promote a culture of long-term cost savings and efficiency in procurement.
- Conduct risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Prepare regular procurement and vendor management reports for internal stakeholders. Designing and building dashboards.
- Perform additional tasks as required, reflecting the evolving needs of the role and organisation.
