Why This Role Matters As a Fleet Front Office Agent EE – Retread & Casings, you play a vital role in supporting the Retread and Casings business across the Eastern Europe region. You ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations by delivering high-quality support to fleet customers, vendors, and internal partners. You act as a central point of contact for Fleet Online Solutions (FOS) users, coordinating closely with Back Office teams and enabling the Sales organization to deliver excellent customer experiences.##
What You’ll Do
* Own and coordinate Retread and Casings business activities for Poland and the Eastern Europe region.
* Act as the local Help Desk contact for fleet customers and service providers, providing first-level support and user administration.
* Deliver end-to-end support for Fleet Online Solutions (FOS), with strong ownership of the FOS front-end application and processes.
* Train and support new users, ensuring correct system usage and full process understanding.
* Coordinate closely with GBS Back Office Romania to ensure efficient, accurate, and aligned operational processes.
* Support the Sales Team with expertise related to FOS, eJob, and retread/casings business activities.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and local legal regulations, while driving continuous process improvement.##
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 2–3 years of experience in a support, help desk, customer service, purchasing, or operational role.
* Strong PC literacy, with SAP or similar enterprise system experience preferred.
* Fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Customer-focused mindset, confident working with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
