We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of a standardized sales process across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with Salesforce expertise. This role will focus on documenting current state, defining future-state business processes, gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and ensuring all client acquisition activity follows a consistent lifecycle from Lead through Opportunity and ongoing relationship management.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, process owners and technical teams, helping transform Salesforce into the single source of truth for prospect and client activity.

Sales Process Transformation

• Define and document current and future-state workflows, ensuring all prospective client activity begins as a Lead and progresses through a consistent/standard lifecycle process.
• Partner with advisors and business leaders to create scalable, repeatable processes that align with firm objectives.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase adoption, visibility, and reporting accuracy.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Analytic Dashboard Requirements & KPI Definition

• Translate a standard sales methodology into concrete, measurable dashboard data requirements and user stories.
• Defined compliance KPIs such as "Stage Gate Adherence" (ensuring mandatory fields are filled before progressing a deal) and "Time-in-Stage" thresholds.
• Authored functional specifications for CRM tracking mechanisms to automatically log when sales reps skip critical process milestones

Testing & Implementation

• Create and execute test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate system enhancements and process updates prior to deployment.
• Support release planning, implementation activities, and post-launch stabilization.

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow documentation, and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams.

• Wealth management, financial services, RIA, or advisor platform experience.
• 3+ years supporting Salesforce CRM initiatives.
• Experience with compliance-driven business processes.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
• Agile and/or Scrum experience.
• Works well within fast paced team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-starter to independently work on projects
