Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Oversees all operations in the Asphalt division
• Manages budget, estimating, and developing business
• Manages materials, quality, and testing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of ODOT rules
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
• Manage personnel

• 3-5 years direct experience in asphalt and materials construction industries
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
• Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently, demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects

Salary Range: $110-170K
