Regional Fiber OSP Construction Lead

A construction management firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to lead Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Teams. The successful candidate will oversee primarily underground fiber construction projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in outside plant fiber construction.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management skills, and effective customer interaction. Travel is necessary, with a potential 50% requirement per month.
