Client Services Coordinator
Speed Pro is looking for an energetic Client Services Coordinator to coordinate the production of wide‑format specialty printing products. This role plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn‑around times, high‑quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

- Coordinate the printing and production of client orders
- Inspect customer files, assist with digital proofs and ensure the graphics print‑ready
- Assist with large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters
- Graphic design services and smaller graphic installations
- Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
- Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
- Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
- Utilization of workflow software for estimates/quotes
- 1+ year of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
- Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and website maintenance
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
