Brand Designer

The next person to make Business Solutions Group's work feel alive instead of just finished is the Brand Designer we're describing right now in Akron. A hybrid Brand Designer post in Akron that values Design Systems over 1 years, pays $34,000 - $52,000, and never boxes you in.

• Storyboard and direct photo, video, and content shoots end to end
• Seed fresh visual motifs that outlast a single $34,000 - $52,000-budget quarter
• Present design rationale clearly to junior stakeholders and clients
• Frame each design decision in terms the Akron, OH sales floor can repeat
• Own the look of seasonal launches from moodboard through final handoff
• Cut a sixty-second story to fifteen without amputating the point
• Anchor a chaotic creative launch around one image that means something

• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• Prior experience working on-site in Akron, OH, or willingness to relocate
• Hands-on familiarity with Color Theory, sharpened by Affinity Diagramming side projects
• At least 1 years building expertise within the creative space

Business Solutions Group grew up alongside its customers, scaling from a single Akron room into the creative partner much of OH now trusts. Politics die fast at Business Solutions Group because we put the awkward stuff on the table early.

The package speaks for itself: $34,000 - $52,000, coaching, coverage, and the flexible hybrid hours that mission-driven creative pros expect.

We just refreshed it, so the creative role counts as live and hiring.
