** As a
** Customer Service Representative**, you’ll be the voice of Goodyear for our customers and partners. You’ll ensure smooth order processing, accurate data management, and a high standard of service that strengthens relationships and drives customer satisfaction.
** What You’ll Do
*** Communicate with customers and partners via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues
* Process and track orders with accuracy and attention to detail
* Manage and analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Oversee the complaint and return process to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics) to improve processes and systems
* Test and support enhancements to our SAP and online platforms
** What You’ll Bring
**** Basic Qualifications
*** Fluent Hugarian
* Czech & English on at least intermediate level
* High school diploma or higher education
* MS Office working knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, positive approach
