Inside Sales Agent

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
• Enter customer information accurately into the system
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
• Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication
• Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Data entry of customer information into CRM software such as Salesforce
• Receive and resolve inbound phone calls
• Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing customers
• Other duties as assigned

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
