Sales Representative

Mancan is assiting a local Akron company seeking a Sales Representative who is motivated, driven, excellent at multitasking, and reaching for success.

Responsibilities:
Meet a daily requirement of cold calls
Provide exceptional customer service and maintenance for new and existing customers
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Set up follow-up appointments to keep customers and potential customers informed of the latest developments and offerings
Perform analysis to identify and re-engage inactive customers
Answer inbound calls and assist with customer needs

Pay range - Varies on experience. $20-$30 per hour.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized, goal and detail-oriented, and eager to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Working Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
