• Architectural Designer with 4+ years’ experience in commercial architecture, focusing on multi‑site retail or restaurant projects.
• Experienced in developing construction documents and specifications in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Revit/BIM experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a customer‑service focus.
• Able to work within a team, collaborating with colleagues across offices and disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task between multiple projects and priorities.

• Architectural design and documentation for retail, restaurant and commercial building projects (ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, remodel).
• Daily/weekly communication with project managers.
• Due diligence, permitting research, submittals and follow‑up.
• Coordination with internal architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
• Project administration.
