• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture required.
• Revit/BIM experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a customer‑service focus.
• Previous internship or co‑op experience at an architecture firm.
• Ability to work within a team environment across offices and disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task between projects and priorities.

• Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building projects—including ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, and remodel types.
• Meeting and communicating with the project manager daily or weekly.
• Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up.
• Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
