We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your expertise and knowledge in the field of architecture will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement design concepts for various architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Review and approve project designs, materials and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and building codes
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD Sketch Up or Revit
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the USA
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1700 per month.

This is a full-time position but we are open to considering part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
