* 30 - 50%  Perform research and testing procedures including generating professional technical reports and providing data analysis for SPSPE personnel and for outside contracts.
* 10 - 20%  Maintain Polymer processing equipment

** Requires a relevant Bachelor's Degree with preference for a Graduate Degree.

* Experience:

** Requires a minimum of 4 years of working in the field of Polymer Processing.  Good communication skills and proper knowledge in the use and maintenance of polymer processing and polymer testing equipment.
** Leadership:
** No direct leadership

* Physical Requirements:

** Considerable physical exertion required involving bending, stooping, crawling, climbing, lifting or carrying heavy items (over 50 lbs.

-- 75 lbs.) and periodically (up to 1/3 of time) working in difficult or awkward positions.

* Working Conditions:

** Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions and/or minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems. Near continuous use (70% of the time) of a video display terminal.
