English Tutor Indian Students

We are seeking a qualified English Tutor to provide instruction to Indian students in the city of Akron This part-time position requires experience teaching English as a second language and a strong understanding of Indian culture and customs The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the specific learning needs of each student As this job does not include accommodation we are looking for candidates who already reside in Akron or are willing to commute

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to Indian students
• Assess each students English language proficiency and create personalized lesson plans
• Incorporate cultural sensitivity into teaching methods and materials
• Utilize a variety of teaching techniques such as conversation practice games and multimedia resources
• Track student progress and communicate with parents or guardians as needed

• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Bachelors degree in English Education Linguistics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
• Familiarity with Indian culture and customs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs
