** What You'll Do:
*** To lead the quality performance and process consistency of Radial AERO tires across the Tire Assembly , Curing and Final Finishing operations.
* This role ensure that aviation tires meet all internal and external quality standards , supports continuous improvement initiatives, manage key quality KPI's and contribute to the successful launch of new products when required
* To manage  and ensure that technology transfer are implemented. Continuous improvement for better cost productivity and delivery are carried out. To manage  and ensure all subordinates are well trained and take cared off  for safety.
* To manage activities in Aviation products for improve quality drive by E-LPA / Lead for internal audit in aviation products area (New aero, Aero Retread and Radial Aero) to sustain quality of the products
* To ensure that Aviation tire  Quality management system are complied with Goodyear GQMTS, E-LPA, FAA, CAAC, CAAS DGCA, Thai DCA and EASA / Process implementation for new requirement or new regulation.
* Establish and quality management system for Aviation product  in order to meet the aviation regulations/ standard and customer requirements.
* Review tire performance data and assist tire investigation in order to meet quality objectives
* Ensure consistent product quality through oversight of Tire Assembly , Curing and Final Finishing operations for Radial Aero tires. Conduct regular reviews and reporting of product performance , waste and defect trend.
* Establish plan for Lead internal audit systems in aviation products and Quality System Audit / Airworthiness Directive
* Continuous improvement on layer process audit. Maintain highest standard on outgoing quality of aviation products. Ensure compliance with aviation quality standards and documentation requirements
* Collaborate with manufacturing , maintenance team to resolve product and process issues. Support and new product development and pre productions runs of Radial aero tires by coordinating quality requirements and ensuring successful validations
** What We're Looking For:
*** Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Higher
* 3 years minimum in Technical Service Engineer/Process Engineer/ Technology/NPI
* Strong background in quality assurance practices , methodologies and tools , experience with implementing and managing QMS
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team of quality assurance proffessionals effectively
* Demonstrated commitment to continous improvement and driving quality initiatives with in the organization
* Familiarity with the specific industry standards , regulation and best practices relevant to tire manufacturing
* Energize the team and maintain a positive attitude with peers.
