** Why This Role Matters
** As an
** EHS & Quality Assurance Manager**, you will play a central role in driving Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Quality strategies within our manufacturing facility. Acting as a key business partner to internal stakeholders and regional experts, you will help ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards while fostering a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Your hands-on, proactive approach will support cost optimization, strengthen processes, and enhance overall plant performance.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead and support the implementation of EHS and Quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate and local standards.
* Act as a collaborative partner to internal teams, influencing and coordinating improvements without direct reporting authority.
* Monitor and assess EHS and Quality performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
* Contribute to cost optimization projects while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
* Promote a culture of operational excellence, safety, and accountability across all functions.
* Support adherence to ISO 14001, 18001, and 9001 standards through audits, assessments, and process guidance.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in environmental/safety, mechanical, or technical engineering;
Master’s or relevant certifications (CSP, CHMM, CIH) are a plus.
* 3–5 years of experience in Health & Safety and Quality, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
* Hands-on problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and resilience.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ISO 14001, 18001, and 9001 standards.
* Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
