** Why This Role Matters
** As an EHS Engineer, you will champion the well-being of our people and create a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment. You will collaborate with Safety and Environmental teams to drive improvements in workplace hygiene, ergonomics, and overall employee well-being. Your work will make a tangible impact on both employees and the environment.
** What You’ll Do
*** Conduct hygiene and ergonomic assessments to enhance workplace comfort and safety.
* Support exposure monitoring and identify actionable improvements.
* Coach and train operators on safe and healthy work practices.
* Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.
* Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance overall EHS performance.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Strong communication and training skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
* Hands-on approach with a regular presence on the shop floor.
* Passion for employee well-being and workplace safety.
* Proactive mindset and problem-solving orientation.
* Fluency in French is a must-have.
