RoleSummary
Lead complex design initiatives and set standards for quality and safety. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, solve challenging problems, and provide technical direction. This role is ideal for subject matter experts who are passionate about innovation, cross‑functional collaboration, and shaping the future of engineering through strategic leadership and technical depth.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 10+ years of experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Mastery in working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Line Design Softwares such as O‑Calc, SPIDAcalc, or DDS
- Expert in the designing of electrical distribution physical structures, routing, equipment specifications, and wiring
- Authoritative ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations
- Strategic and detail‑oriented, with advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to optimize complex systems and workflows
- Trusted and respected, with deep expertise in fostering collaboration across disciplines and driving innovation within project teams
- Forward‑thinking communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive cross‑functional collaboration
