PROCESS ENGINEER – PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING
Plastic Production Manager
Responsible for process engineering support for the Plastics Division. B.S. Engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial.
Minimum 5 years plastic injection molding process experience with late model molding machines and robots, preferably Arburgs. Injection mold tooling knowledge.
Proficiency in CAD, preferably Solid Works, PowerPoint, Word, & Excel.

HOURS AND BENEFITS
Salary:
Negotiable.
Starting Date:
As soon as possible.
Hours:
Minimum 8.5 hours per weekday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with a 45-minute lunch from 11:30 am to 12:15 pm. Overtime:
Exempt.
Holidays: 9 paid holidays (New Year's, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
Vacation:
Negotiable initially; thereafter according to policy.
Profit Sharing/Retirement:
Paid in December based on company performance. Eligible from January 1 or July 1 after two years of employment.
401K:
Eligible from the first pay of the next quarter after hire. Company matches 25 cents per dollar deferred, up to 10% of salary. Immediate vesting. Subject to change annually.
Hospitalization:
Eligible 60 days after hire. COBRA coverage available during this period if previously employed. Employee pays 25% of premiums, subject to change.
Life Insurance:
Eligible after 90 days. Coverage is 40% of base salary, with double indemnity for accidents.
Long-Term Disability:
Eligible after 5 years of employment.
