Compound Engineering Expert
Location:
Yongin, South Korea (Business trips can be discussed)
Employment Type:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or advise on tire compound development
- Share expertise to guide engineers on compound recipe, testing, and process optimization
Requirements:
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in rubber compounding for automotive OEM projects
- Experience in compound projects for Japanese car makers (OE)
- Fluent in Japanese
- Professional working English for internal communication
- Ability to travel regularly for on-site support in Korea
