** Summary of the Position:
** You will support Global Manufacturing in all material and compound related items, AP compound development and optimization, compounding support for AP product development including OE and RE consumer tires.

* Job Responsibilities:

* • Support of AP plants process optimization:
* You will provide recommendations for plant mixing process optimization.
* You will provide recommendations for compound cost optimization.
* You will participate in extrusion and calendaring processing optimization.
* You will be involved and improve process related issue.
* You will manage compound complexity
* You will support material and compound optimization
• Support Product Development about compound related:
* You will maintain compound lin-up
* You will recommend compound to new tire development
* You will benchmark competitor tire
* You will support new compound industrialization
* You will support new compound development for AP regional
• Other specific technical related:
* You will condition tire analysis
* You will support quality improvement from compound perspective.

* Job Requirements:

*** You must have bachelor’s degree or above in rubber technology, Material Science, or related  + You must Meet at least one experience requirement as below:  + Minimum 3 years’ experience in RDE&Q compounding
* Master’s degree with graduation project experience on rubber, or compound development or compound processing.
* You must be bi-lingual:
English & Mandarin with sound skills in reading, writing & speaking English
* You must have ability to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization (Manufacturing and Global Technology)
* You must have foundations on mathematics and statistics
