The Engineering Team at Arcadis is expanding in our Columbus office, offering a hybrid role for a Civil Engineer or an EIT ready to take the PE exam. The role focuses on large, complex civil development projects such as hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping complexes, and educational campuses, requiring strong technical skills and teamwork.

Role Accountabilities- Assist and participate in the execution of design tasks for civil infrastructure/site development projects, focusing on public and private sector developments
- Work directly with the project team to assist with the completion of construction documents and related activities
- Perform civil engineering design including site layout, roadway layout, site grading and drainage, utility sizing and layout, storm water management design, and design of retention/detention facilities
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Work with municipalities on permits
- 3 or more years working on civil development projects for the private and/or public sector
- Detailed knowledge of relevant national and state standards and codes of practice
- Professional Engineer (PE) Certification or EIT working toward the PE exam
- Experience working with internal or external teams and stakeholders, with the ability to develop positive relationships with all parties?

Salary range: $68,187 to $112,000. Actual salaries vary by experience, education, project, and location.
