• Be part of a project team, collaborating and learning from experienced Civil Professional Engineers
• Work on design of roadway improvements on local and state transportation projects
• Be involved in plan preparation, geometric design, pavement rehabilitation, drainage design, utility design, traffic control and signal design, and maintenance of traffic design

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program or the ability to attain within 6 months of applying
• Engineer Intern registration in the state of Ohio or ability to attain within 6 months of applying
• Related transportation design and internship co‑op experience desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micro Station and/or AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
