Ensure the quality and safety of engineering deliverables by overseeing design reviews and refining standards. You’ll mentor others in QA/QC practices, manage risk, and maintain technical excellence. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals committed to upholding high standards, refining processes, and ensuring consistent quality across engineering deliverables and team outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology
• 10+ years of transmission engineering experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Proficiency with PLS CADD
• Expertise in analysis of transmission structures
• Strong understanding of safety codes, utility standards and regulations
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
• Effective communicator; able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Valid driver’s license

• Oversee design reviews and validation procedures
• Ensure accuracy and safety of high‑voltage transmission line designs using PLS‑CADD
• Establish and refine quality standards aligned with industry best practices
• Spearhead the development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Mentor engineers of varying experience in applying QA/QC principles and maintaining technical excellence
• Champion QA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality engineering outputs
• Interface with project managers to align quality goals with schedule and budget
