Role Summary

Join a team where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to the design of high‑voltage transmission lines, and build your technical foundation. You’ll have opportunities to learn industry‑standard tools and codes, participate in real projects, and grow your skills in a collaborative environment. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • 0‑2 years of experience.
  • Pursuit of or have passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam a plus.
  • Understanding of design software; experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Basic ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations (NESC, ASCE, IEEE).
  • Developing analytical and organizational skills, with growing attention to detail and a willingness to learn problem‑solving approaches.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a foundational ability to collaborate with project teams in a multi‑discipline environment.
  • Developing written and verbal communication skills with a strong willingness to learn and engage effectively with team members.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
