We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 to support planning and scheduling activities across engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules that ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timelines. - Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities into a unified schedule.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate schedule assumptions.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
- Support resource loading and leveling across multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with company scheduling standards and client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling within the engineering and construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
- Strong understanding of project controls, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with other scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Knowledge of cost control and project management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Procore).
- PMP or PMI-SP certification is a plus.
