I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Mechanical Contractor seeking experienced BIM Designers/Coordinators. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a rock-solid performer in the Mechanical industry ready to join a motivated team.
BIM Designer/Coordinator Experience Required. If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.

If you have the following, you could be on track to a solid career as a Mechanical BIM Designer/Coordinator:

• Possess an Associates Degree in Engineering or Design.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years’ proficiency in designing mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Showcase the ability to independently create layouts.
• Display comprehension of project schedules and timelines.
• Demonstrate familiarity with diverse mechanical systems layouts.
• Able to interpret manufacturer’s shop drawings and equipment cut sheets.
