Customer Service Rep
Team Members at Urban Air are responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest safety, and assisting with various operational duties depending on their role (e.g., monitoring courts, managing front desk activities, hosting parties, or working in the café). Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to work at least one shift Monday-Thursday and two shifts Friday-Sunday. Roles involve engaging with guests, sometimes including children and families, to ensure a fun and safe experience.
SKILLSAND QUALIFICATIONS
- High energy with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial.
- Physical endurance or being athletic-minded is encouraged due to the nature of the work, but all team members must perform to a high standard regardless.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and first aid can be advantageous.
- Minimum age requirement is 16 years or older
The core responsibilities of an Urban Air Team Member typically include a variety of guest service, safety, and operational duties.
Common Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting guests to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitoring activity zones within the park to ensure safety and prevent injuries.
- Operating the front desk, handling guest check-ins, ticket sales, and providing information about park activities.
- Assisting with party setups, hosting events, and managing birthday parties.
- Enforcing safety rules, including monitoring inflatable areas, trampolines, or other attractions, and guiding guests on safe usage.
- Conducting equipment resets, cleaning, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Supporting team members and coordinating with others to ensure smooth park operations.
- Serving food and beverages in the café area.
- Promoting and selling park experiences such as birthday parties or special packages.
- Ensuring overall cleanliness and sanitation of the park area.
Urban Air Team Members are expected to be energetic, safety-conscious, and customer-focused, working collaboratively to provide an engaging and secure environment for guests.
