Mortgage Loan Administrator – Fairlawn, OH Branch

We are looking for an experienced loan administrator to join our team at our Fairlawn, OH Branch (2875 West Market Street, Fairlawn, OH 44333). This full‑time, onsite position focuses on building meaningful connections with customers rather than high‑pressure sales goals.

Our Fairlawn branch is open Monday through Friday (no Saturdays).

• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loan applications through closing
• Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificates of deposit, IRAs)
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Ability to work in all areas of the branch

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2 years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Professional grammar and demeanor
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
• Retail bank teller experience preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 – $26.00 per hour. We’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process.
