Mortgage Loan Administrator

• Serve as a liaison for internal and external customers and vendors, resolving moderately complex issues through research and collaboration.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between expected, reported, and actual activity.
• Prioritize daily workload independently and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of communication, both written and verbal, with professional grammar and demeanor.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain proficiency in PC and internet-based tools.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience in a processing or administrative function
• Basic knowledge of mortgage loans and mortgage documentation

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with the Mortgage Service Package (MSP) platform
  
  Familiarity with recasts, partial releases, and mortgage modifications

• Highly motivated, focused, and goal-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adaptable and eager to learn and grow within the organization
